Role Overview:
Youth Volunteers play a vital role in our community health center, bringing energy, creativity, and a fresh perspective to our programs and services. As a Youth Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to learn about healthcare, gain valuable skills, and make a positive impact on the health and well-being of your peers and community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and leading health education workshops and activities for youth.
- Participate in community outreach events to promote health awareness and healthy living.
- Help create engaging and informative content for our social media channels and website.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing materials.
- Collaborate with our team to develop youth-focused initiatives and programs.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for helping others and making a difference in your community.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Interest in learning about healthcare and community health issues.
- Previous volunteer experience is helpful but not required.
Time Commitment:
Flexible, based on your availability. Whether you can volunteer after school, on weekends, or during school breaks, we welcome your involvement.
